Senator Bishop, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 1934. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                
NO. 172(L&C) "An Act extending the termination date of the State                                                                
Medical Board; requiring a report on the State Medical Board's audit                                                            
compliance; and providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                   
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
